My mission is to :
1. Consult with investor/owners (residential & commercial) to set up a cash flow goal and a plan to get there in a fraction of the time vs the path most are on. Then I help them put it into play. This is my active consulting service.
1. Educate first time and early stage real estate investors, including house investors, to rethink their path, make a plan, become confident, and earn seed capital, if needed, to create passive cash flow. The Home Study Course is created for these investors.
